下面 10 條是站方的承諾與限制。本文件為網站使用條款；法律最終文件待律師審閱後生效。
01 · 服務性質
drrop 是匿名短期檔案託管，提供短網址、密碼保護、有效期限與觀看次數限制。我們作為被動的中介寄存者（hosting service），對使用者上傳的內容不做事前審查。我們不是雲端硬碟。
02 · 你保證
你擁有上傳檔案的合法權利；檔案不違反當地法律、不侵害他人著作權、不含未經同意公開的私密內容（NCII）、不含兒少性剝削內容（CSAM）；未利用本服務進行人口販運、暴力恐攻、詐騙、惡意軟體散布。
03 · 我們會做
依設定保留檔案到時限為止；為密碼做 PBKDF2 雜湊處理；為觀看者 IP 做 HMAC 雜湊；處理 DMCA / NCII / CSAM 舉報。預設 3 天到期自動刪除；選「永久」者若 30 天無觀看自動降級為 90 天保留。單檔上限 500 MB。
04 · 我們不會做
主動審查內容、把你的檔案賣給廣告主、把你的觀看紀錄關聯到個人、長期保留你的原始 IP。
05 · 我們可以隨時下架
收到合理舉報、或檔案明顯違反條款時，我們會直接從 R2 移除。下架後即不可復原。重複違規者，我們得拒絕後續服務並依法配合執法機關。
06 · 服務中斷
我們盡力維持服務可用，但不保證 100% uptime。免費服務無 SLA。建議你保留原檔備份，我們不負保管義務。
07 · 責任上限
本服務為「現狀提供」（AS-IS）。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務而產生之直接 / 間接損失負責。使用 drrop 造成的任何損失，我們的賠償責任以你過去 12 個月支付的金額為上限 — 也就是 0 元。
08 · 條款變更
我們可能修訂條款。重大變更會在首頁公告 14 天。繼續使用即視為同意。
09 · 法律準據
本條款適用中華民國法律。若你身處其他司法管轄，本服務亦遵守當地適用法律之強制規定（含 DMCA、GDPR）。任何爭議由台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

著作權侵權：DMCA 通知表單；非合意私密影像：NCII 舉報表單；其他爭議：來信 mailto:admin@drrop.cc。我們承諾在收到完整舉報後 24 小時內處理。

01 · Nature of the Service
drrop is an anonymous, short-term file hosting service that provides short URLs, password protection, expiration limits, and view-count limits. We act as a passive intermediary hosting service and do not pre-screen content uploaded by users. We are not a cloud drive.
02 · Your Warranties
You warrant that you hold the lawful rights to the files you upload; that the files do not violate applicable local laws, do not infringe the copyrights of others, do not contain intimate imagery published without consent (NCII), and do not contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM); and that you do not use this service for human trafficking, violent terrorism, fraud, or the distribution of malware.
03 · What We Will Do
Retain files until the configured time limit; hash passwords using PBKDF2; hash viewer IP addresses using HMAC; and process DMCA / NCII / CSAM reports. By default, files expire and are automatically deleted after 3 days; files set to "permanent" are automatically downgraded to a 90-day retention period if not viewed for 30 days. The maximum size per file is 500 MB.
04 · What We Will Not Do
Proactively review content, sell your files to advertisers, associate your viewing records with an identifiable individual, or retain your original IP address on a long-term basis.
05 · We May Remove Content at Any Time
Upon receiving a reasonable report, or where a file clearly violates these Terms, we will remove it directly from R2. Removed content cannot be recovered. For repeat violators, we may refuse further service and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in accordance with the law.
06 · Service Interruptions
We use our best efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. This free service carries no SLA. You are advised to keep backups of your original files; we assume no custodial obligation.
07 · Limitation of Liability
This service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this service. For any loss caused by using drrop, our liability for damages is capped at the amount you have paid over the past 12 months — which is zero.
08 · Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 14 days. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
09 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If you are located in another jurisdiction, this service also complies with the mandatory provisions of applicable local laws (including the DMCA and the GDPR). The Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.
