2257 Compliance Statement

01 · Exemption Statement
drrop.cc is not the "producer" (whether primary or secondary) of any sexually explicit content that may appear on this website, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The operators of this website are engaged solely in the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of content uploaded by third-party users, activities that are exempt under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4).
02 · User-Uploaded Content
All content on this website is uploaded by third-party users. By uploading content, each user certifies that: (a) they are the producer of the content or an authorized rights holder; (b) every person depicted in the content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was produced; and (c) they maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for the content they upload, and will make such records available to inspection as required by law.
03 · Custodian of Records
The uploader of each piece of content is the custodian of records for that content. drrop.cc does not maintain 2257 records on behalf of uploaders. Inquiries regarding specific content may be directed to contact@drrop.cc, and we will use reasonable efforts to relay record requests to the relevant uploader where legally required.
04 · Zero Tolerance & Content Removal
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM): such content is removed immediately upon detection and reported to the relevant authorities (automated CSAM scanning is active on this platform). Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is removed within 24 hours of a complete report via our NCII report form. Copyright holders may use the DMCA notice form.
